Kohler Food and Wine is a cashless event that exclusively accepts credit or debit card payments. Please take note that Destination Kohler gift cards are only valid at select locations.
Overnight Package Guests
If you’re attending as a Kohler Food & Wine package guest, you’ll receive a special badge upon check-in. This badge will grant you access to all events included in your package, eliminating the need for separate tickets. However, should you wish to attend additional events outside of your package, please purchase separate tickets for those.
Event Tickets
Secure your tickets for Kohler Food and Wine at kohlerfoodandwine.com. It’s important to note that no discounts are offered on event tickets for guests not participating in all aspects of the event.
All tickets for Kohler Food and Wine are electronic and will be delivered to you as PDF documents via email. You have the option to either print your tickets or display them on your device. Remember to present your tickets at the entrance of each event. Each attendee must possess their individual ticket for every event they plan to attend.
Information Desk
For any general event inquiries or if you require additional assistance, visit our event information desk. It is conveniently located on the Conference Level of the American Club, specifically in the Great Lakes Conference Room. Our friendly staff will be available between 9:30 am and 6:30 pm on Friday and Saturday to assist you.
Event Ticket Cancellation Policy
Regrettably, all event tickets for Kohler Food and Wine are non-refundable. However, we do offer an optional ticket protection service through a trusted third-party provider known as FanShield. By purchasing ticket protection, you can secure a refund in the event of ticket cancellation. Ticket protection carries a cost of 6.5% of the total ticket order and all related transactions are managed by FanShield. If you choose not to purchase ticket protection, please be aware that you assume the risk of losing the ticket’s value if the event is canceled.
Age Requirement
To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all attendees, individuals under the age of 21, including infants and small children in carriers, will not be admitted to any Kohler Food and Wine events. This age policy applies to demonstrations, seminars, dinners, and Grand Tastings. Don’t forget to bring a valid form of identification. Dietary Restrictions and Food Allergies
At Kohler Food and Wine, we take pride in offering a diverse range of foods and beverages. However, we cannot guarantee that participating chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes without common allergens such as nuts, dairy, or gluten. Additionally, not all events will have vegetarian options. We strongly advise you to communicate with the chef, server, or vendor regarding the ingredients and potential allergens in the dishes you plan to consume.
Retail Sales
Throughout the event, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase select products from our esteemed partners. Please remember that Kohler Food and Wine is a cashless event, so ensure you have a credit or debit card to make any retail purchases.
Attire
For daytime events, we recommend adhering to a resort casual or resort chic dress code. However, for evening events, resort chic attire is highly encouraged. Please note that gentlemen attending dinners at The Immigrant Restaurant are required to wear jackets.
Parking
We understand the importance of convenience, which is why we offer complimentary self-parking near most of our event venues. However, parking availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, we provide event shuttles to transport guests throughout the Kohler Food and Wine area, ensuring easy and hassle-free navigation.
Shuttle Service
To enhance your overall experience, Kohler Food and Wine offers a convenient shuttle service that transports guests to and from various event locations within the event area. The shuttles operate continuously, with wait times of no longer than 15 minutes. For specific shuttle stops, please refer to the event map. Please note that our shuttle service is limited to the Village of Kohler and does not extend beyond its borders.
Pet Policy
Although we adore our furry friends, we kindly request that you leave your pets at home when attending Kohler Food and Wine. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the event. However, we do recognize the importance of service or working animals for those who require them. Service or working animals are exempt from this policy if proper documentation is provided.
ADA Accessibility
At Kohler Food and Wine, we strive to ensure that all guests can fully enjoy our events. Therefore, all our venues are ADA accessible, creating a welcoming environment for everyone.

In the event of inclement or hazardous weather conditions, certain venues may have adjusted hours or temporary closures to prioritize safety. Additionally, please be aware that some events may take place partially outdoors. Dress accordingly and be prepared for any weather conditions.
