A’mano, born amidst this entrepreneurial surge, required extensive research to develop its fresh pasta menu.

Starting with 30 tantalizing pasta dishes, Sweeney enlisted collaborators to embark on a blind tasting process, grading each creation. After much deliberation, they narrowed down the menu to showcase eight extraordinary signature dishes.
